Happiness, our default state
When we recognize happiness as our natural default state, we begin to understand that peace and contentment aren't achievements to be earned, but rather a birth right to be rediscovered.
This shift in perspective reveals that the joy we seek has never actually left us, it has been obscured by conditioning, resistance, and the narrative we tell ourselves about how hard life is.
In this natural state of happiness, we operate from a place of abundance rather than lack, we allow ourselves to move through life with a sense of ease that is independent from our external conditions.
When aligned with this state of happiness, we become a recipient of vitality rather than a source of hardships.
Without the stress that comes from fighting against "what is", our immune and our nervous systems find their natural balance in an environment of harmony rather than one of tension.
Illness often arises from the discord created when we persistently fight against our circumstances, resent them and live in constant states of anxiety.
When we stop resisting, we return to our default state, the body remembers its innate capacity for health and creates optimal conditions for healing.
This state allows us to meet both setbacks and successes with equal acceptance.
Rather than categorizing events as good or bad, we start to see everything as a part of our journey.
Success teaches us about gratitude and abundance, while difficulties offer us opportunities for learning and growth.
This natural state of happiness allows us to engage with life from a place of curiosity and acceptance rather than resistance and fear.
We discover that happiness is embracing what we have and celebrating life with its ups and downs.
